I want to watch movies on my ipad, with my bluetooth headphones, but if my iphone rings, i want to talk on my phone (via bluetooth). I cant seem to connect both at the same time. In fact, I have to turn bluetooth "off" on one device to use the other. This *****. Can I get around it?

I have been using bluetooth for like 8 years. I know how to pair. But I cannot figure out how to pair my headphones with iphone + ipad at the same time. I would like to be watching/listening to something on ipad with my headphones, and when a phone call comes in, press the answer button on my headphones and talk. I can do this with my pc + iphone right now.
