I recently purchased a second hand iphone4 not jailbroken and i already restored it to factory settings but i can't log in to icloud using my account because it states that  "The maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iPhone". How can i remove the previous icloud acount from my iphone4? Hope someone could help me on this. Cheers! :)

Welcome to the Apple community. Unfortunately, you cannot undo what has been done, if three iCloud accounts have been created on your phone you will not be able to create any more. If you haven't already created an iCloud account, you will have to do so on another device or computer.

They are not actually on your phone, they have just been created by the phone. As Winston said, just create a new one on another device and then set it up on your phone.
