I would be more concerned if I forgot the answers! If you cannot remember things then write them down.
Try and speak directly to the organisation behind the questions. I am sure they I'll be helpful.
What site are you trying to access?
Cheers, Tom 😉
I know the answers, but its still not verifying it, are they case sensative?
Sarah
Tom has asked a question and you have not answered. We cannot mind read! You are best placed to know whether or not they are case sensitive! Get into the habit of writing all crucial information down. If you give us details of what you are trying to doi, and any messages displayed, we will try nd help!
Are you by any chance trying to sign into your Apple ccount. There is a good chance that your password for that will start with uppercase!
If its the new questions from the Apple Store that you are concerned about, Apple will remember the questions. You need to remember the answers. Choose questions wisely so the answers are obvious to you.

They are with some systems and not with others. I always use caps/LC exactly the same way that I would if I were creating a sentence with proper English. That way, there is nothing to remember. It also helps that I am always careful about correct spelling.
Buy a fireproof box from Lowes/Target/OfficeDepot ... the heavy plastic kind with a lock. Good for copies of passports/homedeeds/cartitles/etc.
Keep a copy of passwords and security answers for routers/iTunes/emailaccounts in that. All you need to do is keep one of the keys that comes with the box to access the information.
Answers oto security questions are usually case sensitive.
I tried to download an app from the App store today on my iphone, but mistyped my password. The next time I typed it correctly, I was then asked to answer three security questions to log in to my account - and I'm fairly sure I didn't answer these questions originally! At least two questions had answers I didn't know (and definitely didn't know when I set up my AppleID!). I've just logged into my AppleID account, and the security question is completely different from the ones I was asked on my iPhone - where can I find these questions, and try to rectify the situation?
Hi Tom,
Use the info Apple gave you in the email they sent when you set the security questions up.
i.e. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.

This whole new security system is the stupidest thing Apple has ever done!
If you ever forget your password they will give you the choice between answering your security questions and reseting it by your email.
I am having the same issue today. I received an email sometime last night saying that my security questions had been changed, but I'm not the one who did it. Did you ever get your issue resolved? I looked into another feed on here, and there are over 1000 people who have had the same problem occur in just over a week. I don't know what's going on, but I do know I don't like it.

Oh?
I'm sorry, I was reading the amount of views. Tonight is the first night I have ever been on here simply because of the problem I am having concerning my security questions being changed. Even though I was severely wrong in my reading the amount there are still more than a few people who are having the same problem, and it has yet to be addressed.
