"The Authentication information does not match our records, please verify your email again,"
There's no reset your Verification Question,etc button anywhere like what others are stating, this is getting really annoying already, and when I try to guess the answers it just locks me out from purchasing anything for 8 hours.

If you don't have a rescue email or you don't receive the email then you will need to contact AppleCare for assistance. Follow the article below to find the number in your country:

If I want to change the answers because I don't know them, why do they ask for them?!!?!?!
