So if all the songs and videos that are on your Nano are still in your iTunes library simply configure them to sync to your iPhone.

Aug 6, 2012 12:34 AM in response to planb77by alexmoose1986,No it is not possible to trasnfer data from ipod to iphone directly, in order to ipod to iphone or vice versa you must have to connect your apple device to your MacBook. After connecting the device the MacBook sync your device to organiize its and enable to trasnfer files to iPhone and other mutimedia device. Apple also provides an application called iTunes to trasngfer files.
Follw these steps to trasnfer files from ipod to iphone and vice versa:
- Connect your iPod or iPhone to your computer.
- Sync the device for trasnfering data.
- Use an application to easily transfer files.
- Drag and drop files iPod to iPhone or vice versa.
