Error code (-3212) HELP!!

I no longer have the original computer that I setup my iTunes (and this was back in 2005/2006 when I set all of this up) on and I don't want to lose all of the songs on my iPod... I keep getting error code (-3212) when I try to athorize the sync of purchased songs... is there a way I can get things to sync up/download all of the songs from my iPod to somehthing and then upload them to my iTunes?
