after I changed my password for att.net, I can't send an email. Says it doesnt id and password don't

AFTER I CHANGED MY PASSWORD FOR ATT ACCOUNTS, I CAN'T SEND AN EMAIL. IT SAYS THAT THE PASSWORD AND ID DON'T MATCH! WHAT DO I DO?

iMac, iOS 5.1
