I can not find the file 3d0d7e5fb2ce288813306e4d4636395e047a3d28 in my itunes back up. I am using windows vista OS.

Have you done this (SHow hidden files and folders) on your system?

From the Start menu, click Computer.

1. In the Organize menu, click Folder and Search Options.

3. Click the View tab.
4. In the "Advanced settings" pane under "Hidden files and folders" make sure that the "Show hidden files and folders" option is selected.
5. 
6. Click OK.

Your backup folder is located(Vista) under:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\MobileSync\Backup\
