Charger port and/or charger HELP!!!

I just bought a new charger, however still not charging! What could be wrong and how much will it cost to fix?

MacBook Pro, iOS 5.0.1

If you have a new charger and you have reset the SMC ( http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964 ) and you even reset the PRAM for good measure ( http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379 ) and it still won't charge, then there must be something wrong inside. A trip to the Apple Store or the Service Provider will be inevitable.

By the way, what the battery's health condition ?

if possible, first check the charger with another machine. if its also fails there, then take it to the store.
