How can I control an ipad remotely?
Is there any good way to offer remote suppot and help the user from a desktop or another ipad?

I don't believe that app allows remote control of the iPad, only viewing screen shots and doing chat. So I don't think that's what Jaime is looking for, though it might be of interest.

Indeed varjak, what I need to do is troubleshoot an iPad remotelly, not access to a desktop from an iPad. For that I use TeamViewer and it works fine.
You did not read this carefully.

- Push web resources.
- View screen shots the end-user captures.
- Chat with the end-user.
- Send iOS Configuration Profiles for device settings.

I like the Bomgar solution. It appears to be what I need to support the iPad but (unless I am mistaken) I believe the cost is $1188 per year.
That to me is just too rich a solution.
I would appreciate anyone's thoughts.
