I don't believe that app allows remote control of the iPad, only viewing screen shots and doing chat. So I don't think that's what Jaime is looking for, though it might be of interest.

Indeed varjak, what I need to do is troubleshoot an iPad remotelly, not access to a desktop from an iPad. For that I use TeamViewer and it works fine.
You did not read this carefully.
Bomgar allows support technicians to help remote iPhone and iPad users:
iPad and iPhone Representative Console
I like the Bomgar solution. It appears to be what I need to support the iPad but (unless I am mistaken) I believe the cost is $1188 per year.
That to me is just too rich a solution.
I would appreciate anyone's thoughts.

Logmein Rescue offers some remote support options for iOS. No simulator yet, but you can push apps and profiles.
