My camera is not working anymore when opening camera just displays a black screen and am unable to take photos. plus the camera and video button in the bottom right corner flashes

try doing a reset, hold down the home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up. See if that helps.
What I would do is see if the camera has the same issue when tying to use facetime.
To see if this is an issue that is application spacific, or across all apps that use the camera.
If the issue only happens inside the camera app, you are looking at a software issue, and you would need to do a restore(http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414)
If the issue persists across all apps that use the camera, I would do a hard reset of the device as described above, and if that does not fix it, restore the device per http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414, and if the issue still persists, the phone will need service.

I discovery how to fix this...it is simple. iTunes. Sync your iPhone with an other iTunes.
Sadly, but yes it is. I tryed every single little thing that i found in web to solve this. But when i gave it up and plug my iphone in my work computer to charge the iTunes synced without telling my iphone was enroled with an onther itunes, so for the curiosity i let the process go and the magic was done.
The worst part is to delete all your itunes and start a new one,make a new music library, download all the app, lose all the Messenges. But better than lose iPhone.
