Friday our connection to the Apple TV & iPad worked awesome. Now we are not able to get any connection...both are on the same wireless...we have disconnected and reconnected several times, any suggestions on what we need to do?
tried to restart both ipad and atv like this
well for the atv pulling the plug should be enough
somehow our IT person changed the settings and he doesn't know what he did to get them to connect again.
Both are run through a network setup.....wireless.
Not sure where to direct him for help...can he or I contact a person to help?
