iphone 4s camera breakdown

my iphone 4s camera is broken ??? iv tryed turning it off and on ... holding the lock and home buttons and restoring the phone nothing ... the only other option is to send it back to apple and get a replacement phone my 3rd in 5 months ... 😕

anyone else experiencing this problem and can help me resolve it?
