Maps disappeared from my iPhone 4

I've just noticed that Maps disappeared from my iPhone 4 anyone know how to get it back?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.0.1

You can't delete it. Check all your screens and inside all your folders. If you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout, including Maps. (This will restore the home screen to its original configuration but may rearrange other apps to do this.)
