I've had a few trickle in, but also had a few trickle in last night, too.

Although some emails are coming through, there are a bunch from this morning and afternoon that have not made it to me yet... I feel extremely bad for the guys/girls who were waiting on house/job/life messages.

I just got an e-mail now (8:30 PM EST) that was sent yesterday at 6 PM.  Others that were more recent came already.  So I'm guessing the "missing" items were stored on a server somewhere and may yet show up.

Mine was fine all day yeaterday; now can only send and cannot acces webmail...this is ridiculous.

I never lost iCloud service, but NOTHING has or is coming through to Mail.App on the MBP (lion)... So, it ain't fixed for me...

I called Express Lane and lectured the kid on the other end about the revolt that's developing... They REALLY have no idea in support as to how bad it is...  No notices, not flags, not one word to the front line folks...

    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have received emails that were sent after 6:41pm central today but nothing prior to that since 2:00pm yesterday. Some of the ones I did get still won't load. Looking for work right now.  Really need my email back. Those who said you shouldn't complain about a free service - I paid for this service before it was free and have been paying for a few years.  I expect it to work.  I understand things happen but it has lasted way too long.

Interestingly, they are trickling in on iCloud and on my iPhone but not on my Mail application on my mac. Don't know what that's about.

okay looks like my situation is fixed. for now at least.

    James in NYC here (again).

Emails from this afternoon are arriving - you can see they were sent around lunchtime, 1:30 p.m., even though the time/day of arrival is now, 9:45 p.m.

Glad it looks like things are fixed but I would have liked a lot more communication and transparency from Apple this whole day.

It's up and running now here in Malaysia after 30 hours of blackout!

    Let's hope this will last!

Though is seems like many of us are finally starting to receive some of our emails, the deafening silecne from Apple is inexcusable.  As is the fact that - according to many of the posts in this thread - customer service reps have no clue as to how deep the problem really is.

I've been a huge fan of all things Apple for many years, so this lack of acknowledgment by the company is extremely disturbing.

Whether or not the problem is finally fixed, I think anyone who has a Twitter account should Tweet about the problem to bring awareness beyond this Apple community group.  Almost no one is currently Tweeting about this.

Search the following hashtags and either retweet or include the hashtags in your own tweet: #iCloud #outage.

OK. I tweeted about it AND messaged Mashable on Facebook.

My service is out in new york, I am just now getting emails from 6am this morning and it currently 10.20pm.

Weirdly i am also getting "mail daemon" Error  messgaes from the yahoo email server, stating that email addresses that i have not sent emails to can not be delivered.  Not so sure i trust apples security and service anymore!

The problem seems to have been fixed (Canberra, Oz).  At least, dozens of emails have now reached my inbox, and I can delete trash, and I'm not getting the "out of storage" message.  Fingers crossed.
