I am trying to setup an iTunes U account for my Community College. I got an email saying "Based on the iTunes U requirements for inclusion, we are unable to accept your application at this time. Please note that you already have an approved application to iTunes U under your institution."
I'm not sure where to go from here. Do I have an account or don't I? Just trying to figure out if I can get access to the Public Site Manager.
