games in terminal

does anyone know how I can access the text based games hidden in terminal. I can get dunnet, but I don't know the commands to enter to get others. Any help would be appreciated. (ie. doctor)???

Hi,

Doctor's easy. In the Terminal, type emacs and then "return". Then hit "Escape", then the "x" key. Then type in doctor and the doctor is in. There's also a Tetris game there, just type tetris instead of doctor.

Also, because it's not especially obvious, the way to get out of the games is to hit use the control-"x" key combination followed immediately by control-"c". Try this in the Terminal to see what other games are available:

ls /usr/share/emacs/21.2/lisp/play
