Building ios Newsstand App with AS3 for iPad?

How do I build an IOS newsstand App with AS3 for iPad? I do not need any updates/subscriptions for this app. It will be just a pdf magazine newsstand app for a lifetime. I would like it to put it on sales inside the newsstand catagory in the apps store (Just like normal paid apps; 1 time payment)

Is this possible to be done with as3 CS5?

You'll need Xcode at some point, so you might as well begin there.

If you need Adobe support, I believe they have their own forums.

Oh Xcode is needed 😢 I tested building IOS normal apps with as3 CS5 and it works fine, therefore I thought I can build an newsstand App too. But it seems impossble without Xcode right.

I asked Adobe, they dont know.
