Saving 1 business card as pdf or jpeg?

Hi everyone - I have created a business card using Pages. I'd like to save just 1 card (rather than the whole sheet of 10) as a pdf or a jpeg file in order to email this to Staples to print out thousands of cards. How do I do this? Thank you!
