Resetting Security Questions

I got an email from Apple that my security questions were changed, which I did not do, so I figured my account has hacked. I changed my account ID and password, but can't change my security questions, because when you are in manage account the system askes for the questions! The other on line discussions were not helpful, so does anyone know what to do or whom to contact at Apple? Thanks!

Wow!!! It just gets "stupider and stupider"!!! (yes everyone, I know that's not a word). Just for fun, you should read the post by some moron named Lance Whitney on CNET who CLEARLY doesn't understand the real problem here!!! He spouts some misinformed crap about apple users "griping" about the "new beefed-up security" as if the fact that we have to answer security questions at all is the reason everyone is ****** or that we just don't like the choices of security questions available to choose from. Apparently he hasn't been clued in on the fact that the real problem is that apple apparently chose questions AND ANSWERS for everyone and expects us to be able to answer them whether or not they are even possibly applicable to us!!!!! Oh yes, and to be able to answer them BEFORE we can access our account to update our security questions!!! BRILLIANT!!! Maybe this guy works for apple.... Sounds about right!

The only way I was able to have the questions reset was to contact iTunes through express lane e-mail... and yes I had to provide information about my last purchase and personal account info.. Now whether the security question work the next I need them is another question... because I was asked to set my question while downloading an app on my iPhone4 and when I went to change them in my account info on the server they were the wrong answers and I was locked out after to many tries, SO I did something wrong the first time around I would think or apple wanted me to think...

It also say you can make up you own questions, but I did not see the option in the list of question to do this... I feel like apple is hounding people like me with an old computer that I can't get icloud on to buy newer equipment.. but that's just me I guess
