I'm having a problem with some of the songs i bought from itunes. When i try to play them i get a message telling me that i need to authorize my computer to play the song, but when i do what it asked then it tells me, "this computer is already authorized" but it still won't play the song. Now it let me spend my money just fine. Does anyone have the answer ?
Doublechecking. In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you worked through the following document?

This is what I did. I deletd the songs that wouldn't play and just redownloaded them from itunes. That seemed to work just fine and you shouldn't be charged twice. Thanks again and sorry it took me so long to respond.
Deleting the SCinfo folder fixed my problem.
Just had this happen again, after tech support deleted some files to make my Norton work and the solution of deleting the SCinfo file and then reauthorizing worked again to correct the problem.
