Q: iPhone: Keypad gone haywire. Auto suggestion all wrong.

I have tried all the steps suggested here (including switching my phone off) and I still cannot solve the problem. Is there anything else I can do? My keypad is erratic. The auto suggest is all wrong. I use an iPhone 3GS.
