Billing issue

I live in Aruba and own an iPad that I bought in Naples, Florida about a month ago, including the iPad care. In filling out my billing information the form does not allow for an Aruba address. Aruba also does not appear in the list of "other regions". Because of this, I think, my billing information does not coincide with the bank information on my Credit Card.

Any suggestions ??
