Using GarageBand loops in a viral commercial

Hi Guys,


I'm new in here so sorry if I got something confused (bad post, post already answered etc.)


I am just wondering... I want to promote my website and have made a youtube commercial. The soundtrack for it consists of 3 GarageBand loops (no change other than they are joined together in one longer sequence). Can I use it worry free? There will be also some spoken text added on top of it.

My only worry is if what i've done will be sufficient to constitute my own work:


delicate piano 09 loop +Delicate piano 09 loop trimmed by 10 % + delicate piano 11 + delicate piano 01 + vinyl



i mean one might look at this as just few loops one after the other...
