Your iTune ID has being disable

Your iTune ID has being disable

I keep geting this message "Your iTune ID has being disable, Contact iTune support, 'http://www.apple.com/itune/storesupport/ for asisstance', I have tried visiting but can find any help meanwhile i have some app to update, can any one help?

As mentioned by roaminggnome, you will need to contact support. Make sure you give some details.
