I think my every text messege is also being sent to my husband's cell as imesseges. How can I tell?

My data usuage is WAY larger than my husband's. I wanted to know if he had it set up where he could receive every in and outgoing texts from my phone? (He's in AF and I can't contact him for over a month). Or could I have some type of spyware hidden on my phone?
