Not sure what has happened this morning, I just realized my contact (address book) with iCloud has been added with all the contacts of my wife's one with iCloud.
1. My wife is a sub. account of my iCloud family pack, and with seperate .me account.
2. My wife's contact does not have mine
3. My family icloud account has total 5 .me accounts
You cannot upgrade a MobileMe family Pack to an iCloud family pack, because there aren't iCloud family packs. You would need to upgrade each user separately by creating an iCloud account for each user. Did you do this, or did you simply upgrade the main account and then both of you use the same ID.

In that case, sorry, I am unable to explain what has occurred. That is, unless of course, you have added your wife's account as a secondary account to yours in system preferences > mail, contacts and calendars (settings > mail, contacts, calendars in iOS)
It is very unusual, it only happened this morning and never had happened before.
I am sure we do nothing specially during couple of days.
My wife does not have a computer and I have not added her account with my Mac too.
We both have an iPhone and run the iCloud seperately with our own account, except that she is purchasing the iTunes with my ID, which has been running for ages.
Contact got merged with my wife's one
