Well, I downloaded the new java update last night, and it told me I had fakeflash and it removed it D: I just want to know what it is capable of so I know what to do now.

Means you were infected with the Flasback Trojan & the update removed it. This Trojan was designed to steal your personal info: passwords, bank accounts, etc. Thus you should immediately change every password for anything you ever used a password for on your computer. Monitor your accounts for any suspicious activity.
