Workgroup Manager error -14910

Since upgrading Workgroup Manager to Lion, I cannot remote connect to my Leopard (10.5.8) OD server. The error message is cryptic: "Unexpected error. An error of type -14910 occurred." Can anyone enlighten me?

OK, I just found out here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1822?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

that Server Admin Tools on 10.7 clients cannot connect to Servers running 10.5.x. Not allowing 10.5 or 10.6 Admin tools to run on 10.7--that's really lame, Apple!
