i tried (using the cellular data and not the wi-fi) to send messages to friends who have an iphone (both overseas and here in Australia) but it worked and still works only with one of them here. What's the problem?

means that imessage is not working with your friend who is overseas? is your friend activated imessage on his phone?
Yes my friend overseas has already activated imassage but it doesnt work automatically, also for other friends not overseas. So i dont know!
doesnt work means? messages are not getting delivered ? ask your friend to change the DNS number in the phone wifi settings if he try to use it with wifi. the number is 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 any one try this.
I mean that when i open a new messsge and put the number of a friend it doesnt change into "new imessage" like it does with someone else. But ill try this thank you
