I want to download N.O.V.A. 2, but it says it can't run it with the RadeonX1600 and Intel GMA 950 video cards. So how do I tell if my MacBook can support this game?

To check what video card you MacBook has, click the apple log in the top left, go to "About this mac" and on the first screen should tell you what video card is installed. On early makes you may need to access system profiler. to do this click on more information or access system profiler through utilities.
So I found this in the menu you directed me to: It said, "Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB"
Is that my card? Intel HD Graphics 3000? I didn't see a video section, and graphics and video are roughly the same, right?

So I guess that means I can run it, since it's not one of the two listed. Am I right to assume that?
