I have a 4th generation Ipod, bought in July. the other day when I wanted to add songs from the computer it didn't want to sync. There's nothing wrong with the cable or the ipod's plug-in because I can still charge it whenever I want without trouble. Itunes nor my computer recognise it. I'm starting to panic, so please help.

Try restarting everything including your computer and iPod. Then reconnect it to your computer. It should detect your device and be able to sync right after.
Of course I've already tried that, it was the first thing I thought. Hasn't helped. I'e restarted both atleast 10 times now.
already tried this too, said it was a code 43 and that's why it couldn't sync. *** do I do now?
