Q: Error -8003 need a work around to Empty Trash please?

I ran MacKeeper and removed some duplicates.  Now when I try to empty the trash I get Error -8003.  The trash now has about 9000 items in it but it won't empty due to Error -8003.  I tried Option-Empty Trash, that didn't work either.   -Dale.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Use this utility >  Download Trash It! for Mac - Force-empty your trash can. MacUpdate.com

 

BTW, MacKeeper has a bad reputation and causes more harm than good. Your Mac does not require a so called, "clearing utility".
