Have Iphone 3G. The plastic sheet over the screen is inclined to lifet and blobs of air bubbles are appearing beneath. I can rub them out (expel the air), but I need to refix the plastic sheet firmly and safely. How do I do this? Could use a dab of superglue, but would'nt dare without advice.

Is this an actual screen protector or for some silly reason have you yet to remove the plastic protective cover that came on the device?
As gdgmacguy stated, it's not a part of the phone... remove it. If you want/need a screen protector, buy a new one.
The iphone does not have a plastic screen on top of the screen, with the exception of the temporary plastic that is there for shipping that is to be removed before using.

Under no circumstances should you use "superglue" on or near your iPhone. Ever.
