I asked QCD singapore about the problem, they suggest me to do verification before replacement. It took few days to wait the result out.

and they say "There are no brand new units in our service centre. All replacement units

    are service units."

so, should i take the replacement or how? Please help me!...

    hey

ok so i know this sounds crazy but i was having the same problem only worse my wifi was grayed out and said no wifi so i decided to check on google and i read a lot of posts about restarting...restoring and hard rest so i tried all of these none of them worked and then i came across the freeze fix method...1) turn off your iphone 2) wrap your phone in a teatowl 3) then tie it tight in a bag 4) place in the freezer for 15-20 mins .....i know its strange lol when i read it i laughed thinking it was someone winding people up but then i tried it as a last resort and it works tip if your phone struggles to pick up wifi network after this fill a plastic bag ie a zip freezer bag with icey water  selotape if you need to dry the condensation fron the bag and lay your iphone on the icey bag then it should automatically find your wifi within a few minutes

tip: there is no need to panic about putting your phone in the freezer the first time today i put the phone in i took it back out after 3 minutes lol but it really needs the 15-20 minutes to get things back on track

im sorry i didnt try this fix before now i have been without wifi for 5 days

    hope everything works out

The freezer method only kind of works. It will connect you to your Wifi for about 2 to 3 minutes, but the phone will restart by itself. Then, it would connect to your wifi again for about 45 seconds and disconnect again.
