Q: I have tried multiple earphones and I'm unable to insert the jack as flush as the picture shows.  Any resolve to this or is it time to return it?

"Music stops when display turns off."

My jack will not go in flush like the support session suggest for the fix.  Any other suggestions to fix this?

It requires a bit of extra force to get the headphone's plug to fully insert into the Nano's headphone jack.  You should hear a clicking or popping noise indicating that they have been fully seated.  The new headphone jacks on the 6G Nano are a tad bit tighter compared to previous generations.
