my Iphone4 is really getting hot when am charging, what should i do now,
Please help me in resoving this issue,
and even some time when i use for playing, that time also its getting hot

Getting warm is normal especially when charging or with heavy use like playing games. Too hot to touch is not. If your phone is literally too hot to touch while charging, bring it in to Apple for evaluation.
