Q: Hot phone!

I got my Iphone on sunday, On tuesday it got hot when i used in for no more then 5 minutes, I had to put it down as it was so hot. It also gets very hot when charging. Is this normal or not? Orange are asking me to prove it. I dont have time for that

Is it showing a tempature warning or is it too hot to hold?
