I cannot figure out how to sync my ipod nanno to download music I just purchased from Itunes. I reset it to remove all kinds of junk that I inadvertently downloaded the first time. Now problem. Says unalble to download because cannot locate disc. Do I need to take it to genius bar or can someone give me a helpful direction. Thx.

and let us know the exact error message you are getting.
If your itunes is on a laptop then its possible to bring that and your ipod into an apple retail store. Make a reservation first:

The exact error message I am getting is: "The ipod "Honora Keane's ipod" cannot be synced. The required disk cannot be found."
Any ideas. I found the steps listed above to be easy to follow, but only got to #2! thanks. Nora
