how can I have access to my printer with Apple Printer Drivers

I uninstalled my Samsung divers that created conflicts with Apple Printer Drivers.

Now how can I can open my printer or my scanner ? I don't have the Samsung interface icon anymore.

For printing, I jut have to click on print in Word.

But for scanning ? Each time having to open printers and scanner from System preferences is a real pain.
