Someone's losing a lot of money! iPad, iPhone and MacAir... none of these connect... I get the same thing: looks like something is going to download, I wait all eternity and then nothing but: "Cannot connect to iTunes Store." Lame!

At Amazon if you have any issue, they put someone on the phone with you immediately, and if they cant resolve it immediately, they give you store credit to apologize. Apple's customer care is pathetic.
