I thought it was just me until I checked these boards. Uninstalled iTunes...reinstalled it...checked firewalls...sent them emails...re-entered my card numbers...did everything I could only to find out it's APPLE's fault! ***. All I want to do is buy some f-ing music!

try these steps if you are on a pc

-go to start>all programs>accessories and you should see a command prompt

-right click on command prompt and choose run as administrator

-in the command prompt page enter this info (without quotes) "netsh winsock reset" then hit enter

-after that you should get a message saying windows has successfully reset the winsock catalog then restart your computer

if these steps do not work then you may want to follow this article

I RDPed to my computer at work which is able to utilize the entire 100mpbs network connection because everyone is gone. Did a 3GB download in 4 minutes...so the connection there is great.

I tried to download a song there in my iTunes account using the mose recent version of iTunes....and it still failed stating I had lost connection to the network....LMAO!! I know that is BS because I was online at that same time and have 2 internet POP's to utilize for redundancy and I work in IT as a Sys/Net Admin so I know we are not having connectivity issues...this is an Apple issue.
