I have an ipod nano 3rd gen. It was fully charged and the screen turned black. I cannot turn it on. It won't even charge if I try. HELP :-/

I have an ipod nano 3rd gen that was fully charged. In the middle of a song the screen went black and it will not come on. I can not connect to itunes or charge because it does nothing please help!! :-/

Use this:

More specificly, do the reset while the ipod is pluged into your computer. Then try to restore the ipod. That has the best chance to fix your issue.


You can set an appt. with the Apple Retail Store as well.

If the ipod is done and not working any more you can look into a battery replacement here:
