install (reinstall) Mac OS X 10.4 with PowerPC G4 processor w/Built-in FireWire

I have an Imac PowerPC G4 700MHz processor w/ buit-in firewire which has a 512MB SDRAM

and it's has boot rom version 4.34f2

and when I install the install disk black disk with white or grey X on the disk version of disk 10.4.2

2Z691-5539-A

I bought brand new on ebay ( it was just the 4 CD Disk retail version) and when I insert disk # 1 it just eject it the disk when I'm at the desktop (which the mac has 3 user accounts all with admin rights but the only differents is one of them has a PW on its account and when logon it load cassic mac OS 9 but only on the PW protected account not the other accounts) if I start/restart the mac with the disk in the drive and press or hold down the C key it just eject the disk and starts booting-up like normail (w/o disk) right now it has Mac OS X 10.3.9 installed and I also can't seem to use the ethernet card/port or can't get it to connect to the ineternet I have a USB wireless card but it needs mac os 10.4 to install drivers for it.

so can any help me with this issue ????

also if anyone could tell me how to uninstall (or remove) a program/software (like I don't need it or want it anymore (or can that be done in/on a Mac!!!)

Thanks!!!

well, the disk #1 (labeled Mac OS 10.4.2 does not mount in Mac OS X 10.3.9, don't know if it's the drive or disk(s) because it says CD/DVD combo or it has a CD Burner/DVD combo drive but when I put in a DVD it does not mount or play on the mac it has Ituens and quicktime on the computer less it needs a different program/software installed to play DVD movies.

it just too bad I can do a trade for them with apple or someone, or etc....

thanks for your reply

PS:

and the USB wireless card is a airlink101 (wireless N 150 USB card or USB ADAPTER) I have the CD disk for it and it mounts to the desktop just fine but I try to run the installer for the mac (which has V.10.3.9) but it will not open it could be because I don't have Mac OS X 10.4 and which is need to run or use, and install the drivers and/or drivers for the Mac that what it say/show on the disk or paper work for use with Mac OS X 10.4 or later!!!

again thanks again for your help

NOTE:

I have not tried to boot-up in mac OS 9 system setting or system, yet!

well, when I instert a DVD MOVIE it shows up a new window with a disk image on the slide with a DVD-RW label or words/letters on the disk and next to disk image is some text that reads

"You insterted a blank DVD. Choose what to do from the pop-up Menu."

with acitcion list box and Name box and check box that reads "Make this action the default"

and three buttons at buttom of pop-up window are:

Eject left side of windows by its self

igonre and next to it is OK (which the OK Button is hightlight in blue)

name box has the text "untitle DVD"

and the action box or list show the follow action in the box when clcik on but shows open folder when pop-up window opens:

action list:

it is a movie DVD standard commercial DVD which I have played before might been some time I play it last but I have played it on a DVD player and it played and works it does the same think for other DVDs (standard commercial DVD) too and it show that the comptuer is a CD burner and has a DVD-ROM Drive (or CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive) in or on the computer.

where I find this info is under the apple icon (in upper left coner of scrren) then click about Mac (or about this Mac)

then a window pop-up then it has a button that says More Infomation then tell me what kind of dirve it has

remember this is an Imac powerPC G4 only a 700Mhz with 512MB and I think the HDD is upto 80GB but not sure right now as it is not turn on right now (I'm my windows 7 computer right now)

PS:

DVD DOE NOT SHOW UP OR MOUNT ON DESKTOP LIKE THE CDs DO BUT THE CD #1 FOR MAC OS X 10.4.2 (OR 10.4) WHEN I PUT IN THE CD IT JUST EJECT THE DISK AND WHEN I HOLD DOWN THE OPTION KEY IT ONLY SHOWS THE HDD BUT JUST BEFORE IT THAT SCREEN IT EJECT THE CD, THO

install (reinstall) Mac OS X 10.4 with PowerPC G4 processor w/Built-in FireWire
