New macbook air seems to be broken, need an advice

Hi!

I have a problem with macbook Z0MG000CP. After a month of normal operation, it asked for reboot in safe mode and was actually unable to boot again. As a result, now i have this:
1) Disk utility started under the recovery boot mode indicates that it can not repair the drive.
2) When i tried to reinstall Lion it was loaded two or free times and aborted with the message of the impossibility of the installation. The same message i had when trying to install OS to external flash drive. The log shows that the system can not verify the archive of Lion.

Do you have any idea? Is it hardware problem?
