Wireless Card for Power Mac?

Can anyone help with details of which wireless card I need for a G5 PowerPC (Power Mac G5 - model PowerMac7,3)?

PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

By the way, it's a mid 2004 model - I think its an Airport Extreme that I need, but not sure which one. I'd like the G5 to connect to a Time Capsule and Wireless network at home.
