Navigon Map Manager - no connection to Navigon-Server?

Hello, I'm not able, to start the App "Navigon Europe". The "Map Manager" tells me "No connektion to the navigon-server. Please start the app again". I did it, but nothing happens. I switcht off me Iphone and made a restart. It does'nt work?
