I have Windows 7 and need to reset my ipod shuffle??? Help

I have an old ipod shuffle that I use to run with but it is not playing... does not seem to hold power?? Not sure as it only happened after I downloaded the upgrade for itunes and changed the songs. now won't play..

Can someone please help... please .. please.. please 🙂
