i get a message stating itunes couldnot backup the iphone"deldra'siphone" bcuz the back up was corrupt or not compatible. then said to delete backup for this iphone, try again. how do i do this?
I am also having trouble getting my ringtones loaded on my phone. i have the ringtonemaster feature on my phone, but i can't get any of them to load. i've followed the tutorial, but it still won't work. any suggestions, please?
