Run your Software Update it's included in there now, no need for the seperate program.

I understand your confusion; the tool's operation is not obvious.  When you download it it immediately runs in the background and removes the Trojan if it is present, automatically.  And, unfortunately, the tool after running does not give you a message. I know...
